So we got our appraisal done and they had the wrong contracted amount. They went back into their system and corrected everything so now we have the appraisal at the amount we need. The mortgage broker said they now need to send the appraisal to underwriting to review it. How long does that take? Also, once we sign when will we get the keys? Do we have to wait a couple days and then go get them? Thanks! :)

An appraisal review shouldn't take more than a day or two. When you get the keys will be outlined in the purchase contract. It will state who owns the day of closing. If you do then you should get keys as soon as the transactions closes and funds.
Is this a typical purchasing question? If so, you can usually close in at least 14 days after the appraisal. You get keys at closing.
The interesting part is that the appraiser changed his appraisal due to an incorrect purchase price? Purchase price shouldn't affect appraisal.
