Anyone work with Loan Resolution Corporation?

I'm hearing more that lenders are designating local agents in their marketing letters and wanted to know if any is working with LRC in getting referral, as they handle number of HAFA short sales for B of A and some others. They charge an annual membership fee so I thought I'd ask before I pay anything...

If not LRC, any other companies out there worth joining?
