Anyone know of a great debt negotiator for sellers with Promissory notes?

I'm out of the Seattle area but not sure it matters. Would love a great referral and how they typically price etc.

We represent sellers prior to the sale so that we can work that out prior to closing. Feel free to contact me. We work on contingency and are paid from the selelrs' lenders' proceeds.
