The negotiator got your message. I do not believe he didn't get any of your messages if you sent them on Equator..com and you shouldn't believe that either. Call the call center ask for a supervisor and don't give up until you get one. explain your problem dealing with the negotiator she or he will then try to call the negotiatior if that doesn't work they will send an email to the negotiator and he or she has to respond within 48 hours. If you do not get a respond within 48 hours you will be asked to call the call center again -----ask for a supervisor and explain your problem and what you were told prior to the 48 hours (make good notes) Good luck

Re: Worksheet and HUD1 issue: Worksheet must match the HUD1. I think your negotiator submitted the HUD1 without the settlement cost included (mine did). When I filled out the buyers side of the column and added the settlement costs and THEN rejected, the negotiator sent an answer back to me which did not included the settlement costs, not the de-winterization cost (which they did in 50% weather, and not the home warranty which the "team leader" said would be paid by the investors for a FreddyMac loan). I am now in the process of screaming at everyone I can scream at :-) . Closing is supposed to be the week of the 25th. paid
