3rd party negotiator fees with BofA

Its my understanding BofA does not pay for 3rd party negotiator fees. Does anyone have any experience on how to include this on the HUD to get it approved?

Please let me know if you find out the answer. I have a 3 rd party that tells me that they do this all the time and get it paid..humm.
