Anyone have any success with this Loan Shark operation? Been working on a short sale with 2 different servicers, had a couple of buyers fall through over 2 years, bring them Market value for the home & now they want a Full Payoff in no uncertain terms. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO ESCALATE AT MTGLQ LP OR SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE?
