Equipoint Financial Contact Information?

We are trying to acquire a property held by Equipoint Financial. The owner has passed and they hold the Reverse Mortgage. Does anybody have a working phone number for them? and or point of contact, email, anything?

When we call their number here (858) 926-3250... We get a voicemail propmpt with a different busin...

Any help is greatly appreciated.
