I have a short sale approval with Chase, Its HAFA short sale.

Chase wants the Purchaser attorney to sign it. Since when? Its the first time that I was asked the buyer`s attorney to sign.

Both Seller`s and purchaser attorneys told me that only the parties that are on the HUD are the ones who should sign the Arms Length Affidavit. Helpppppppppppp

Thank you

Ok.. thanks.. the attorney does not want to sign because he never heard about it.
The attorney's name is on the purchase contract,How, in what capacity?
Representing the buyer... I thought whom ever is on the Hud they need to sign since that are getting the checks from the transaction. This is the first bank that asked me to have the buyer attorney sign

Ok Thanks
