Registering Short Sales with Fannie Mae's Homepathforshortsales Website

Just checking in to see if anyone has any experience with "registering" an offer with the new Fannie Mae website (Homepathforshortsales)

I have couple that I think should be "registered", pending a dispute.

Hate to be a guinea pig in this arena. :)
