Hello Everyone,
I need your help with maneuvering through Equator.com website. I recently initiated a short sale. I contacted the short sale department and found out that my listing has been assigned and that I need to upload financials for my client in the section that says library. I went online and saw the library link but I don't see any links for uploading financials. I saw a drop down list for properties and that's it. The short sale dept told me to email the negotiator to help me with this part, I haven't heard back just yet (only been a few days). They also informed me that the house will be put up for sale the first week of June. If I get an offer before then will the bank push the sale date back? I appreciate any feedback I can get.
Thanks

April,
Your negotiator should assign you a task that provides a place to upload the documents. In the past, I've had to contact Bank of America to ask them to assign that task to me. Just let me know you need to be assigned the task to upload financial information.

Go to "My Properties and Offers," and select your property. Under "Library" select "View." Under "Property Files," select "Property." Click "Browse" and upload your documents. Give it an appropriate name, i.e. Bank Statement-April, Bank Statement-March, Pay Stub-April, etc. That's all you need to do.When I called the short sale dept a few days ago I believe that is what the representative was trying to tell me. She mentioned My Properties and Offers and Library but didn't mention property files. Thanks
I finally heard back from the negotiator and they told me to upload financials from the homeowner and to submit taxes from 2010 back to 2008 and specifically requested page 5. Is there some sort of packet to get the financials form they are requesting. I already have a copy of the 4506t form from irs. Can anyone please help this Equator system can be slightly overwhelming. Has anyone received this sort of request and how did you get through this?
Thanks
