Yes. The columns to the R of the counter. Whatever you do don't click on "reject". Make sure you numbers are correct and be sure to change the commission back to 6% as the system usually defaults it to 5%.
Yes, and to add to what Bryant said - make sure each item is the way you want it. Likely BofA either removed or reduced some of the items such as courier fees, subescrow fees, etc. But most importantly look at the Settlement Fee, Taxes, etc. and make sure those numbers are correct. Be sure to have the buyer's counter in writing and signed by all parties.
