So I just initiated a file in equator and got an email about this xome platform. Then got a call and email from a REO company local to do a property inspection. This whole xome platform sounds like a strong art tatic to force agents who dont know what they are doing to get them through the process without getting educated as we have done in short sales. Anyone have any comments??

Yes and spread the word. There is a strong change MLS will prohibit the practice of advertising XOME in your area. Our mls said it's completely against their rules for an agent to take a property that is ALREADY under contract and then advertise it for sale on MLS, or even remove the listing OFF MLS to have it go on XOME. Call your local MLS and have them confirm. If they do, then send it to Nationstar. Mr. cooper
