JB Nutter - Reverse Mortgage Lender

Has anyone here ever worked with JB Nutter before? If so any good escalation contacts? They are a first for me, I just picked up a new file that they have a reverse mortgage on, trying to get a sale date stopped. Thanks!

No equity in the property, the seller acquired the property from his mother via probate, we just got a contract on the property but the lender has a sale date set for Monday

If it's backed by HUD you can potentially escalate to them. Also, reverse mortgages don't typically allow relocation incentives to party's. Many state banks will be closed tomorrow due to Columbus day.

Anybody know if Nutter pays any closing costs on Shortsales?
