Provident Bank Short Sale???
Does anybody know if Provident Bank ( not Provident Funding) does any short sales or know how I can submit?

Thank you for the reply.. I actually was able to find their website and call them. They told me that they don't do any workouts for borrowers. No loan modification or short sale.. Not sure if this is legal as they are literally letting the borrower go to foreclosure with no other choice. I have submitted a complain with the CFPB.. Not sure what else I can do.

I've done over 1,000 short sales and don't recall ever working with them. I'd request a mortgage statement from your client and give them a call to get the information you are seeking. Almost all mortgage servicers entertain short pay's if a borrower falls within the guidelines to be reviewed.
