I am not on my third auction.com go around with three different sellers. One didn't even go through after the winning bid was one on auction.com. The other 2 properties, went to auction.com and my buyers had the highest bids. How do we stop these people? I refuse to take another Nationstar deal. I have over 25 deals all with Nationstar. I rather not make the money, then help Nationstar get their money back.

Thank you, Maile, for posting this letter. I'll use it as a template to work with the new auction.com - homesearch.com!
I doubt that that letter will scare Nationstar They do not care. They have enough attorneys to reply to any action that is filed. The pressure needs to come from the CFPB and even with that Nationstar will only get a fine. Are you going to have your seller take their time to file the complaint and go through that red tape? FYI... Homesearch.com is owned by Nationstar
