I'm not 100% sure how to effectively send a twitter message to Bank of America. Last time I tried it seemed to have become a public message. Also, is the message limited to 140 characters?
I assume I just type the following in the Compose New Tween box:
"@BofA_Help - Loan #123456789 - We have submitted our ATP and a valid offer 6 months ago, and still have not received an Approval Letter. HELP!"

I am not comfortable with twitter - seems like it could be very straight-forward and is not.
You want to send a DIRECT MESSAGE that way. DM goes only to the entity you target. (not compose - in the browser version, I think DM is in the settings icon at the top right - must be sane to someone, not me) I add a phone number so that I can avoid having to watch twitter for a reply - I'll just get a call from them. The rest of twitter? Well...
No, i think that you need to post it so that everyone can see it. I have been doing this since beginning 2012. I want everyone that follows me to know whats going on with BOA. It creates a since of urgency. They will DM you and ask for property address and when the best time to contact you.
Yes, that is how you tweet it!

I have had to tweet BOA on an FHA short sale that derailed several times. It works beautifully. And the simpler the message, the better. If you include property address and your phone they will call you.
