Chase just told me to fax authorization to 614 422 7575 - the rep said it would be quicker.

We aren't asking for the judgement to be cleared, just released from this property since there is no value in it (to them) anyway.

@SE Davis I have already submitted the case to Chase SBA, showing them how this is a toxic asset, to no avail.  I've also spoken with the US Treasury who is collecting for Chase SBA via garnishing tax returns, and they can't help.  I guess it all depends on who has the file at Chase SBA.

What I'd like to know is ... has anyone ever had their Chase SS Neg. negotiate junior liens?

Chris Hocking;

I have worked with SBA successfully several times.

Identify the local regional servicer of that SBA account and submit your settlement proposal through them direct.

If you do it right it takes about 30 days.

You'll need to work with the SBA and quite frankly they likely won't budge.  They can attach taxes, income, bank accounts, pensions, Social Security, etc. they have the weight of the US Treasury to use to collect the debt.

I am working a SS w/Chase in 1st position, BofA in 2nd position, and a surprise judegement lien showed up from a past biz partner w/Chase SBA.  The homeowners and I cannot get the Chase SBA judgement to budge.  I just spoke w/Chase customer service and was advised the Negotiator will negotiate that SBA judgement.  In all my days I've never had that happen so am wondering if it's true?  Anyone else have experience with this?

Let me know the correct email, and I will add it to the text box of Chase information.

That is the email address I've used in the past, Barbara. I haven't had to use it since last July, though.

I just tried sending a message to [email protected] and it bounced back ... is it possible that there is a typo in that email address?

Matthew try [email protected] they have always been very quick and helpful when I've needed them.
