Anybody have a good contact down there to get my file moving? Contacted ombudsman and all they gave me was a Relations Manager who is like talking to their customer service. I would like to see if someone has someone who can make some decisions.
Allen, You will make yourself crazy asking 'why?' SPS does have some docs online at their website.
Why doesn't Select Service Portfolio has the short sale packets on line? Why do they insist in mailing the packets.. Why don't they have their short sale packets on line on either their web site or on Short Sale Superstar's web site like everyone else..?
Uilani - Thank you....
I used the brokerage Third Party authorization for the short sale I am working on and they were fine with it. They provided information about the file which basically is the same thing every time I call..."It's in review with the underwriter, they are extremely backed up due to the Hurricane (this is the most recent update) and approvals are anywhere from 30-45 days longer from TODAY"
Steven - Thank you! I see that is HAFA program only... I cannot find regular forms... it also seems that the authorization can only be obtained by the seller getting a log in...
Does anyone have the current forms for SPS short sales? There are none that I see on the Select Portfolio Servicing website.
Nancy, I use my ATR form. They have always accepted it.
Can someone send me the SPS Third Party Authorization for a short sale listing. Please email to [email protected]
Thanks!
