Try their twitter account - I had the exact same thing happen  - BofA_Help - is the twitter handle.  I had it corrected in one day.

Have your seller personally call 1-866-880-1232 and request that the Equator file be transferred to you.  They will need the e-mail address your Equator account is registered under...

He is the highest point of contact. Be direct and quick as he is always busy as you can imagine. Give him details of situation and he will contact case manager to make something happen. I had a file that didn't move for almost a month and half, after I called him I had an approval with 10 days. This is one of the best contacts I have in my short sale contact book, and hope this helps progress your short sale.
