this is my first Citi short sale listing going in for approval ... can anyone share their experience with me ... how do they like to be contacted? The reviewer was by email and responded quickly. Today, when I called, they gave me the name of the assigned negotiator, got her email, but that is it ... they said she will call me (though, I did email her to introduce myself and asked if she needed anything from me). Anything advise is always good!
Thanks!

CITI is FANTASIC......fair and VERY easy to work with....you are REALLY lucky if you have them first (though you will be remarkably jaded as to how "easy" short sales are)!!!!
Best of luck!!!!
Citi was the easiest yet. We submitted a complete package and got an answer in 30 days. Good Luck!!!
Well ... I am surprised that you praise Citi ... I submitted the offer on April 30th ... it went through a 'review' process and on May 23 was assigned to a negotiator, but have not heard a peep from the assigned negotiator! I emailed her with my contact information and to ask for an update, even called and asked if I had the correct email for this person.
On top of it ... as I talked to customer service, they spoke to her as I was on the line, told me the negotiator 'commutes' from home and there is no way I can speak to her ... only by email. What's up with that ... hope her home computer is secure if she is opening up file transactions ... just saying ...
