In this video we will look at some really good Estimated HUD Secrets!Your estimated HUD statement is a very important weapon in your arsenal, & I am afraid many agents do not utilize it to their best advantage.I have tried and tested many different things on my estimated HUDs and here are some really good tips to not only help your seller, but yourself as well.I do want to note one thing, some of these ideas are very aggressive, but I have never had a lender tell me that they would not do a short sale because of something I asked for on the estimated HUD.Don't be afraid to ask for the world and settle for a little less.
