HAFA and judgments

Hello - does anyone know if HAFA payout to 2nd lien holder $12,000 can be applied to judgments on title? There is no 2nd lien holder.

Hello SuperStars - does anyone have a good contact at RTR? RTR 2nd lien holder and they do not want to budge on their demands.. first lien is Fannie and there are two subordinate liens that need to split the $6000... RTR wants $13K . Need to escalate to management.. help! please

SPS - need a little help here

SPS is taking 10+ days to image docs that are submitted. We are waiting on a response to a counter offer which meets the requirements for 3+ weeks... submit.. need a correction... submit... wait ... requrest... submit wait... left messages for managers... no reponse.. any have know a why to get around this problem?
