Hi, Stephen: I'm sorry but I don't have a lot to tell you. The negotiator was good at staying in touch and he was pleasant but would NOT budge on the price. But before we could get thru that, he told us they had discovered 'a problem with the original loan docs' and would not be doing a short sale no matter what. I've never had that happen before. With other lenders who've asked for money, when I keep saying 'no, they don't have any money' they usually either reduce the amount or take it away altogether. It seems that these days they always ask just to see if they can get it. Good luck!
