Aloha to you too Rosa!
I agree - I've always had good experience with Wells Fargo in the past but not so much now in Equator. All our documents ARE in Equator 6 times over last 3 months and have been uploaded to Wells secure site. It depends on the processor/negotiators we end up with unfortunately. The one I have now seems to pick file up every couple weeks, assign a menial task and put aside... asks for same things over and over. I escalated previously and got things moving but seem to be stagnant again. CS/Escalations dept. doesn't seem to be much better. We had a supervisor (resolutions dept) who was helping but has now gone on vacation so back to square 1. Will try to escalate again but you're right it's hard to get through to the right persons on their system.
I just closed a VA in about 60 days but thank goodness it was with a different bank! I can't imagine trying to deal with WF on a VA... The 2nd with Nationstar has been fantastic to deal with, great negotiator and I had full approval in 2 weeks.
I hope you get things worked out on your end. That is strange that all your files disappeared!? Do you think maybe it was due to the Equator system upgrades recently? Well, let me know how things progress. Take care.
