FHA Investor Wells Fargo since June of 2015

Similar scenerio as below. Multiple offers at $110,000, appraisal came back at $120,000 which was already approved once appraisal was received. That was beginning of August so re-listed the property at $120,000. We received 2 offers right away. Submitted best offer, and of course, started over. August and September passed us by.
