PNC short sale

We just received an offer on a short sale where PNC hold lthe first mortgage and there is no 2nd. I have never done a short sale with PNC. Does anyone have any advice?

Hi Pamela,
Try this number. This is what I have 800-999-8501 x 8540 (Short Sale Dept.) .
I managed to speak to a supervisor and amazingly my negotiator came on the line and started to give excuses of why she had not communicated with me...
Anyway we are back on track she has confirmed that my client has been approved for the HAFA program and that our numbers are great so hopefully we can get this closed by the end of June after all.
Fingers crossed!!
