- I was first licensed in 1996 with Century 21. I worked with them for the first 5 years winning awards for sales and service. I took a medical sales job for a period and between 2001-2010 when I was laid off during the downturn of the economy. I re-entered real estate and was baptized in fire with a world of short sales and foreclosures that didn't exist when I was first licensed. Since then, my partner and I have closed dozens of these transactions successfully. We are registered in Equator and are well versed on the procedures in working with the lender to help move a distressed client to successful completion of the sale.
