- I have over 16 years of real estate experience. I have been one of the most recognized and respected names in my area. I began my career as an assistant for Roger Staubach and The Staubach Company back in the early 90’s. One day Roger, himself suggested that I get my license and enter into the commercial side of real estate. He stated that he was impressed with the way I handled myself and business.
I obtained my real estate license in 1998 but never went into commercial real estate, opting for the residential side instead going on to earn several top honors and awards.
I was one of the first agents to become dual license as a Realtor and Loan Officer in the DFW Metroplex when that first became an option (no longer practicing mortgages). I was a top-producing agent and loan officer. This loan origination knowledge has given me the skills to get the transaction closed. I was also one of the first agents to practice short sale listings, sales and processing in the DFW area.
Early in my career, I established a reputation for negotiating the sale for first time home buyers, short sales and HUD properties on my client’s behalf, and getting the job done! My long standing experience based knowledge, expertise; negotiating power, integrity, and passion for personal service are the core of my business.
