I am looking to speak with anyone who is experienced and successful with short sales in LV. Our situation is unique, in that our payments are current and this was purchased from my mother-in-law 5 years ago as a second home. We have lost two renters in the past year, and we simply do not want to continue throwing good money after bad, so we are looking for the best possible and least expensive way to get out from under this property and this loan and/or whether or not that possibility even exists!!
