I am not touting my own services, but looking for your help with re-fi or sale. I have a commercial property as a single asset real estate Chapter 11. The lender sold to a "flipper" and we were unable to negotiate since the purchaser was interested in liquidating whatever equity there was for a quick profit. We filed for Chapter 11 and are now in a stand-off with a substantial balloon maturing in 2014. Looking for a lender.
