Hi Dennis
Some HOA don't allow rental for 1-2 years, mainly the 55+ or 62+ condos.
Some Banks foreclosures sales will ask not to sell for 180 days or longer, they will have a separate addendum for that.
I would suggest to read the Docs, the Q & A list and the Rules summery short docs.
