"Unfortunately servicers are not forced to review short sales. Most will, but at times certain accounts and servicers won't review short sales at all."

I submitted a file to Kondaur Capital on a home in Califonria. they were granted a Motion for Relief and will not review the short sale. I filed a complaint with the DOJ and nothing seems to be helping. the trustee is Wilmington Saving Fund Society and they said they do not get involved in how the loan is serviced. YOU ARE THE BEST CATHERINE!!! I actually "Closed" the short sale I asked your advice about... yesterday...Rushmore was the servicer. Wilmington Trust/Christiana (Pretium) the Investor(s).It was of course a nightmare... but I did get it done... and I just want to "Thank you" for talking with me when I reached out to you... You are terrific...gracious...generous... you were so kind and helpful...and you understood my sense of purpose so well. I will check back in tomorrow... I am now working on closing another short sale...also a another big challenge...SLS is the Servicer and Freddie Mac is the Investor... I look forward to talking with you again one day soon. I hope you are happy...and that your family is doing well... nothing happens quite by accident... and as I often have to remind myself... when you think you are just too tired.... that all will be lost...that you have exhausted all possibilities...please remind yourself... that you are not...(too tired)... that all is not ( lost)... that you have not (exhausted all possibilities)...
