- Hello, my name is Cassie Pivniska. I am a local, born and raised, Lake County Realtor. I have been in real estate since 2004, and it has been a perfect career choice for me and my family. Being a local, my expertise is in Lake County itself. I have first hand knowledge of the different areas of Lake County and it™s surrounding areas. I stay very in tune with the local market, recent sales, active properties on the market, and to what is selling and who is buying. From starting my career as a new agent back in 2004, I have worked myself up to becoming the top selling agent this current year, in 2010. I have consistently been a Top Producer here in my market, and it has been a result of working efficiently, being a problem solver, really listening to any questions or concerns, and always being available for all of my clients. I take pride in my career, and strive to make my transactions as smooth as possible for the client. Lake County is truly a great place to raise your family, vacation at the Lake, or to retire to! Great central location, Lake Co. is only about 1.5hrs from the Napa Valley, 2.5hrs to San Francisco, and 2hrs to Sacramento. Lake County offers numerous award winning vineyards of our own, fun summer events May-Sept, and that "small town" feel without being too far from the big cities.

Fannie and Freddie Refi Program-HARP-thoughts???

I've lately been having many friends and clients receiving certified mail from their "lender" (but it actually seems to be from the govt) saying they are qualified to get a lower rate through the HARP program.....that it will be easy and all they have to do is fill out a few papers. These are owners that have never had a late or missed payment as well. So far, I havent heard of ANY of my clients getting this lower rate very…
