Hi Bob. I have not received any responses yet. This property goes to sale on Dec 1st, so I probably don't have time to fight at this point anyways. I will let you know if I get any useful info. I wish that the time given to the banks to pursue a definciency judgement on a short sale was reduced to 6 months so that it was the same as a foreclosure!
