What percentage of what 21st wanted did your client end up giving to them? And it was the BUYER, not the Seller, who gave them the money?
I'm in one now that's been a nightmare. On our third Buyer and 21st wants over $24,000. Fannie Mae will give them $6,000. The Seller doesn't have it. The Buyer isn't going to pay that.
Any hints?
