Vanessa Liddell, a realtor in Southern California, has joined the ranks of Shortsale Superstars bringing over 35 years experience in the real estate industry most of which was spent in the title and escrow business. Vanessa has spent the last 6 years specializing in assisting both homeowners and real estate agents in learning how to acquire, process and close short sales. Vanessa’s experience in working with distressed properties has included co-creating and managing a short sale processing company. She also spent almost 2 years traveling across country to train thousands of agents on the short sale process. Now Vanessa concentrates on teaching and training agents in California. Vanessa, now a realtor herself, holds training classes and negotiates short sales for other agents.
