my situation is i'm leaving in a short sale that went to foreclosure then the foreclosure was canceled i'm trying to buy this property for the last two years but there is a contract on this place i do know that contract expire after 60 days but they renew it every time the contracted buyer was rejected twice by the bank what i do not understand is why i have not been contacted by the bank if i'm the back up one......
