Hi everyone-my very first sale 11 years ago was a short sale! They were done very differently back then. I have to make several phone calls daily. Now the process is better-but can still be very frustrating for our clients and us! I learn with every deal and proudly I have been able to get most of my short sales done in 60 days or less.
