I have been a Realtor for 22 years. I have been doing short sales 15 years out of those 22 years. I am a short sale specialist and have been for 15 years. I get the job done! I am here to protect my sellers from the crazy short sale process in order to get them to the closing table before the bank forecloses on their property. I have been very successful at short sales. I teach other agents how to do them in the Charleston Tri-county area. I do this as I know we have another market crash coming over the horizon!!!
