Chase will pay 12 months of condo/HOA fees, or up to $2500.00. Depending how your negotiator feels. 3% towards closing cost on loans only. 0% for cash buyers, they will not pay for home warranties, but always try.
When I submit the short sale HUD I ask the escrow agent to input the highest amount on HUD for HOA/Condo fees.
