I have been selling real estate in the Wichita area now for 15 years. I am trying to develope a niche in short sales and also have been doing loss mitigation assignments for a third party mitigator. The two mesh together really well, helping me to understand loss mitigation concepts and where short sales place therein. I have only been doing short sales for about a year, but my learning curve is on the ascent! I do love helping people in distress and need to know everything I can to do so!
