I am a licensed broker in CT and have worked as a full time agent for the past 11 years. I worked my first short sale in 2007 and since then about 50% of my transactions were short sales. I was a short sale agent for Bank of America. I have been on the Equator website since its inception. I am currently working on a short sale in which Nationstar is the primary lien holder.
