I've negotiated over 420 short sales for my clients and other agents who dislike or don't want to negotiate short sales. I work in LA, Orange,Riverside and San Bernardino county. I do have the CDPE and SFR designations, but I find that experience rules over a designation. I have a 100% success rate, if the owner did not cancel their sale and pursue a different route.
