I use virtual tours, extensive digital libraries, real videos uploaded to YouTube, and even QR codes. The tough market today demands more from the listing agent to make their properties stand out among the others. I am committed to excellent communication and following up on all leads! My all time pet peeve is agents that don't return calls or respond to emails! Short sales or foreclosures STILL need an agent dedicated to communication in order to sell the listings as quick as possible and net the highest profit.
