I've been a Realtor for 24 years and still find something new about this biz everyday. I have been doing short sales since 2009 and thought I knew all the tricks !? Ha, ha I now have a "reverse mortgage short sale with Financial Freedom and feel like I am starting all. I actually hope and believe short sales will be a thing of the past in the next few years. At least until the next downturn and we will all have to retool once again !! I primarily work with homes in the center of Phoenix along with Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. Our market is improving everyday and the future is rosier than ever.
