I have a real estate Broker since 2005 and have acquired vast short sale experience over the past three years. At this time, I have a 100% closing rate on all short sales with which I have been involved. I have earned the following designations: GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), a SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource), and a CSSS (Certified Short Sale Specialist). My education includes a Masters in Business Administration from New York University with a concentration in Finance and Accounting.
