  Hi Shelly,
  It's seems 2010 is the year for short sales. I guess as realtors we need to get on the band wagon. I think this is a great forum for realtors that are exerienced and not so experienced. I am learning a lot already from just reading other responses. I will send you the postcard. If you have any suggestions, please let me know.

  Hi Shelly,
  In working with your investors, have they ever offered an option contract to the seller to buy and then later try and find a buyer for the home for a profit? If so, does this work. I hear a lot of investor are trying to do this short sale option. I seems it would make sense the seller would just list the property as a short sale and find a buyer.

  Hi Shelly,
  I am presently going thru BOA/Equator on a short sale. I was given this number 866 880-1232 for the SS Department. Also, have you done any Short Sale Options with Investors?
