I am trying to sell two SS here in Miami and need a bulldog negotiater as the larger one has been with a realtor with a low ball offer for over a year and now I have had CASH offers from neighbors of over $100K more but he won't present them and keeps the low ball offer in place. I know RE very well and since his contract has expired, how can I negotiate the better offer? Do you know of any HONEST and ASSERTIVE agents here in Miami? My loan is with Astoria SL and they do not have 'branches' I can go into to talk with them.
