As a veteran of the (NAVY), I've learned that ethics; honor, and commitment can tell a lot about a person. After 26 years in 2007, and being released with honorary discharge, I took my uniform off and put a tie on and continued my service as a civilian. Even though having a full time job I also pursued my real estate education. In 2009, I joined the Fortunebuilders team as a (Mastery Student) and have been coached and continue my education with them on a weekly basis. I also joined the team of Greg Clement (mentor) at Realeflow.com (formally Openroad) which helped me be more efficient since still working with the Navy full time. The systems, marketing, and automation platform replaced that inefficiency. The system “”Realeflow Investor” helps us make more money with less effort. Realeflow Investor is the leading online real estate investing platform. After acquiring “SOLID” education with Fortunebuilders and setting up my infrastructure with Realeflow, I started a real estate investment firm called Reinvestclubjax located in Jacksonville Florida. Basically using online methods on a computer through public records; finding buyers and private lenders. One of the first things I realized, which should have been obvious was that building a private lenders list, building rapport and relationships was the first step everyone should take…. (Unless You Are Already RICH). Another thing I realized was learning the wholesale process was the least risky getting started. I’m all into automation and helping my business be more efficient and help others do the same by the use of the tools, tips and Ninja tricks I have learned along the way from my mentors.
