My name is Ruthie Davis and I am the Broker/Owner for Access Realty serving all of Central Indiana. I have recently been honored as being a recipient of the 2011 & 2012 Five Star Real Estate Agent Award. The FIVE STAR Award is truly an honor. The award is only awarded to real estate agents who have scored highest in client and industry peer based research and is awarded to just 7 percent of the real estate agents in any market area. Real estate agents are not able to "buy" their way onto the list, and the award is not based on sales volume but solely on how consumers and industry peers have evaluated their experience in working with other agents, buyers & sellers. In addition to my 25+ years in residential real estate I am also an Accredited Home Stager. This is not a field that I charge additional fees for but merely as a means to help sellers in preparing their homes for sale to achieve the highest price, in the shortest amount of time with the least amount of hassle.
